Just to get it out of the way....prenatal yoga is REALLY tough.
I've always considered Yoga to be a less stressful, easier workout (in general)
But yoga when you are pregnant is a whole new world. Even at the end of my third month, I thought I was going to fall on my ass. It's supposed to be so good for me, good for the baby and good for delievery....but good god about 15 minutes into it I feel like I'm gonna fall over and pass out.
Blah blah blah. Everything is, "good for the baby." Why can't a big thing of ice cream and movies on my ass all day be good for the baby?
Things at work are looking up. The part time finally kicked in (and stuck). There is a manditory all day teacher training on Monday, but I haven't gotten any information about it. So I'm hoping I am not required to go, or I can just act like I never got the info :p Spend the day relaxing and pampering myself.
My parents finally settled into "happy baby grandparent" mode, and I can finally relax a little.
