Tylenol Pm.
I thought you were the answer to all of my pregnancy problems. Yes, I slept the entire night last night. But now I'm spending the entire bulk of my morning feeling groggy and similarly like I have morning sickness.
You jerk. I loved you.
Okay, I'll quit while I'm ahead (kind of).
I decided that my last week of work is going to be the week before xmas. Brian took a bunch of time off and I know they won't give it to me. I don't have to work, but I've continued to do so to give myself a reason to get out of the house. Now I'm kind of just saying fuck it.
Plus, that will be a little less than a month before the dreaded third trimester, and I'd just like to spend that time at home- thank you very much.
Furthermore- I realized what I need to be motivaited to work out. Variety. If I do something different nearly every day, I have the motivation to keep doing it. I.E.- I went for a walk yesterday instead of trying to do yoga or cardio. It worked for a bit.
I'll keep trying to work on it. I have only gained a pound so far, and I know I'll pack on the pounds later, so I'm trying to keep em down now :)

Veggies are good things to eat when pregnant! All I ate my first trimester.. stick with the healthy stuff (and don't dig into the sweets; that's what killed me) and you'll be fine; besides, you're doing something I didn't do when I was pregnant.. working out. I just walked around a track for six laps every other day at work.
