It's A...

Boy!!!

Even though we both wanted a girl, we're both happy. I'm just happy to hear that he's healthy, all of his organs are developed properley, he has no birth defects (that they can see) and he has all his fingers and toes.

Tam, you can save any of Bella's stuff that's gender neutral :)

Oh...and we have a little thing set up where you can vote on names. Wasn't 100% yet.

VOTE on my Name List

WOOHOO! Welcome to the world of blue, balls and winkies!

My biggest pieces of advice:
1) Always put something over the winky when you change him. ALWAYS. First time I changed Ben at home, I turned around to grap a wipe, turned back and said, "why is his face wet..oh...my...GOD! YOUR SON JUST PEED ON HIS FACE!"

2) When you put a diapy on him, always point the winky down. ALWAYS. This may seem pointless at first, as they are so tiny. Eric thought it was pointless at first, which is why everytime he changed the diaper, the entire front of Ben's clothing was soaked when he peed.

3) This is the biggest of all. No one told me this and I was quite horrified. They may be babies but they're still boys. They will have morning wood. The good thing? They can't pee all over you with it.

Have I horrified you yet? :D

Congratulations!

Of course! Oh, my sister came by to drop off the bassinet I loaned her plus some clothes. I can give you those! The bassinet can keep getting re-used; if someone (like yourself for instance) needs to use a bassinet before I get pregnant again, they can use it and just give it back when they're done. Also, I have matching travel system (stroller and infant carseat) and pack and play. I can loan those to you until I get pregnant again too. You'll need the infant car seat for maybe a year before getting them a bigger seat. Bella should be walking more by then anyway; besides, I'll probably just get her an umbrella stroller. Again, instead of throwing them away, send them back my way so I can use them for the next baby.

I'll start getting stuff together for you. Oh yeah, and I voted. :)
