Learning how to give myself acupuncture was incredibly liberating.
I feel so accomplished being able to treat myself for the elevated bp.

it's kind of strange...trust me.
my mom taught me how to do it, but being able to do it on my own at home is pretty fucking cool!

Now thinking of Arvada, Westminster and Broomfield. Not too far away from my mother, but far enough.
